A. REGISTRATION TYPE

Please note that ONE Full registration must be paid for EACH paper to be published in the proceedings.

Full registration includes:

  1. Publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings
  2. A copy of the proceedings
  3. Access to all conference sessions and workshops/symposia
  4. Lunch, coffee breaks, banquet and reception
  5. Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens)

Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will be removed from the proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced.

C. PAYMENT

[Update] The online payment system is also available from Nov 1st, 2011. Please click here for details.

All payments must be made in US Dollars (US$1 = HK$7.8). Please complete the registration form in any kind of the following payments:

  • Payment through On-line Credit Card Payment System (for Visa/Master/ China UnionPay cards)

  • Payment by Visa/Master Credit Cards (Mail Order)
    If credit card payment method is allowed but the attendants cannot pay the fees through the above mentioned On-line Card Payment System, the credit card payment information required from the attendants by filling the registration form.

  • Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
    Overseas attendants may arrange payment of the registration fees to the PolyU bank account as shown below by T/T. All bank charges should be paid by the attendants. The attendant must include the name of the organizing department, the conference title and the name of attendant in the T/T payment details for reference:

D. RECEIPT

  • The official receipt will show the Hong Kong dollar currency amount instead of the foreign currency amount with a remark indicating the original foreign currency amount.
  • No separate printed copy of official receipt would be sent to the client paid by on-line credit card system. The payment acknowledgement email of successful payment is regarded as official receipt from the University, subject to actual payment capture.

E. CONFIRMATION

Upon receiving your registration form and payment, we will send you confirmation e-mail. Please bring this confirmation slip with you and present it at the registration desk at the Conference site.
